LITH Police Arrest Several for DUI, Domestic Battery
Lake in the Hills Police release reports through May 12, 2013.

Marijuana Possession
Mahish M. Islam, 20, 10916 Sawgrass Ln., Huntley, was arrested at 4:36 p.m. Monday, May 13, and charged with possession of 2.5 to 10 grams cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. Islam was arrested at Sunset Park, 5200 Miller Rd. He was released on bond.
Domestic Battery
Richard A. Pack, 37, 8813 Route 31 apt. D, Lake in the Hills, was arrested at 10:47 p.m. Monday, May 13, and charged with two counts of domestic battery and one count criminal damage to property. Pack was turned over to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock.

DUI
Dana M. Connelly, 21, 1502 Clayton Marsh Dr., Lake in the Hills, was arrested at 2:22 a.m. May 5, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with a blood-alcohol content over .08, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, no insurance and improper lane use. Connelly was stopped by police near Acorn Lane and Crystal Lake Road. She was released on bond.
Andrea Ochoa, 20, 1921 Banks Dr., Elgin, was arrested at 4:04 a.m. May 5, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane use, no headlights when required, and unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Andrew J. Jakubowski, 40, 1 Wexford Ct., Lake in the Hills, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. Sunday, May 12, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with a blood-alcohol content over .08 and speeding. He wast stopped by police near Randall and Miller roads. Jakubowski was released on bond.
Ianna J. Loader, 27, 1320 White Chapel Ln., Algonquin, was arrested at 12:31 a.m. Saturday, May 11, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with blood-alcohol content over .08, and improper lane use. She was stopped by police near Village Road and Carlemont Drive. She was released on bond.
Reckless Driving
Kevin M. Kniesel, 26, 1514 Clayton Marsh, Lake in the Hills, was arrested at 7:06 p.m. Sunday, May 12, and charged with reckless driving, driving while license revoked, following too closely, changing lanes without signaling and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He was stopped by police near Randall Road and Acorn Lane. Kniesel was released on bond.
