LITH Police Arrest Man for Telephone Harassment, Several Others for DUI and Warrants

DUI


Sarah C. Samuelson, 40, of the 900 block of Cynthia Ln., Lake in the Hills, was arrested at 1:38 a.m. Sunday, June 30, at Pyott Road and Menominee Drive, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with blood alcohol content over .08, improper lane use and no insurance. She was released on bond.

Gerry Dominguez, 25, 260 Warwick Ln., Lake in the Hills, was arrested at 5:09 a.m. Sunday, June 30, at Hilltop and Bernice drives, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance and disregarding a traffic control device. He was released on bond. 

16-year-old Lake in the Hills boy was arrested at 9:58 a.m. Thursday, July 4, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. He was released into the custody of his parents. 

Possession of Liquor by a Minor


16-Year-old Lake in the Hills boy was arrested at 12:36 a.m. Tuesday, June 25, at Algonquin Road and Harvest Gate and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of liquor by a minor, curfew violation, no valid drivers license, transportation of open alcohol by a driver, and violation of graduated drivers license restrictions. The boy was released to a guardian. 

In the same stop, a 17-year-old Lake in the Hills boy was arrested at 12:36 a.m. Tuesday, June 25, and charged with unlawful possession of liquor by a minor. He was given a notice to appear in court and released to a guardian. 

Telephone Harassment


Donald F. Franz, 46, of the 300 block of Dartmoor Ct., Crystal Lake, was arrested at 9:25 a.m. Wednesday, July 3, in the 700 block of Mason Lane and charged with telephone harassment. He was released on bond. 

Wanted on Warrant


Christopher K. Huber, 20, of the 5600 block of Hawthorn Ln., Crystal Lake, was arrested at 12:21 a.m. Tuesday, June 25, on a warrant out of Boone County for failure to appear in court on a traffic offense, and a warrant out of McHenry County for failure to appear in court on a liquor violation. Huber was also charged with driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and no headlight. Huber was released on bond. 

Jessica M. Johnston, 26, of the 25000 block of W. Hilldale Ave., Antioch, was arrested at 10:39 p.m. Tuesday, July 2, in the 1500 block of Monroe Street on a warrant out of McHenry County for possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $3,000, 10 percent applies. She was released on bond. 

Jason M. Eaves, 35, no address given, was arrested at 3:56 p.m. Tuesday, July 1, in the 4100 block of Larkspur Lane on a warrant out of DuPage County for contempt of court. Bond was set at $600.

Salvador Torrison, 23, of the 0-100 block of Acorn Lane, Lake in the Hills, was arrested at 11:48 p.m. Sunday, June 30, on a warrant out of Boone County for failure to appear in court to face a driving while license suspended charge. Bond was set at $3,000, 10 percent applies. He was released on bond. 

David B. Pittas, 49, of the 4100 block of Larkspur Lane, Lake in the Hills, was arrested at 11:40 p.m. Wednesday, June 26, in the 4100 block of Larkspur, on a warrant out of McHenry County for failure to appear in court for a traffic offense. Bond was set at $5,000, 10 percent applies. Pittas was released on bond. 

Property Damage


17-year-old Lake in the Hills boy was arrested at 1:18 a.m. Tuesday, June 25, at Algonquin Road and Harvest Gate and charged with criminal damage to property. He was released to a guardian.
