LITH Police Arrest Several for Domestic Battery; DUI, Intimidation

Note: The following information was obtained from Lake in the Hills Police reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law.

Domestic Battery

Christy C. Corso, 34, 300 N. State St., Chicago, was arrested at 3:01 a.m. Wednesday, April 3, and charged with two counts of domestic battery. She was turned over to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock.

Ryan Maniscalo, 26, 406 Prides Run, Lake in the Hills, was arrested at 12:14 a.m. Wednesday, April 6, in the 400 block of Pride Run. He was charged with two counts of domestic battery.

A 17-year-old Lake in the Hills boy was arrested at 2:25 p.m. April 7, in the 2600 block of Melbourne Lane and charged with two counts of domestic battery. He was petitioned into Juvenile Court.

Intimidation of Witness

Wasfi M Awwad, 19, was arrested at 5:06 p.m. Monday, April 8, in the 200 block of Rainmaker Run. Awwad was charged with one count of intimidation of a witness. He was released on bond.

DUI

Victor H. Rodriguez, 42, 1521 Millbrook Dr., Algonquin, was arrested at 3:37 a.m. Sunday, April 7, at Algonquin Road and Boulder Drive. Rodriguez was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper turn and improper lane use. He was released on bond.
