LITH Police Arrests: DUI- Drugs, Alcohol, Violating Orders of Protection

Lake in the Hills Police release arrest reports through April 22, 2013.

DUI-Drugs

Zachary D. Maa, 19, 527 Fairview Ln., Schaumburg, was arrested at 9:41 p.m. April 9, and charged with driving under the influence of drugs, possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a vehicle with suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Maa was released on bond.

DUI- Alcohol

Dino Turkic, 32, 500 W. Parkview Terrace, Algonquin, was arrested at 3:45 a.m. Friday, April 19, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with blood-alcohol level over .08, no insurance, no driver's license on person, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, disobeying a traffic control device, unlawful possession of a controlled substance. He was turned over to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock.

Violation of Orders of Protection

Zachary T. Zufall, 31, 106 Wedgewood Ct., Jeannette, Penn., was arrested at 1:57 p.m. Monday, April 22, and charged with violation of an oder of protection. Zufall was transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock.

Wanted on Warrant

A 16-year-old Algonquin boy was arrested at 5:23 p.m. Friday, April 13, on a warrant out of Kane County for failure to appear, public order crimes, no bond, and illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. The boy was released into the custody of a guardian.

Suspended Drivers License

Alejandro Mendoza, 32, 1535 Stockton Ln., Crystal Lake, was arrested at 1:13 a.m. Saturday, April 14, at Dominick's Finer Foods, 101 N. Randall Rd., and charged with driving while license suspended, disobeying a traffic control device and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He was released on bond.

Bryan J. Cockrum, 46, 2810 Cattail Ct. unit C, Wauconda, was arrested at 5:31 Saturday, April 20, and charged with driving while license suspended, and operating a vehicle with a suspended registration. He was released on bond.
