LITH Police: DUI for Huntley Teen, Algonquin Man Arrested for Violating Protection Order

Juvenile DUI

A 17-year-old Huntley boy was arrested Feb. 2, near Algonquin and Ellis roads and charged with one count driving under the influence of alcohol, one count DUI with blood alcohol content over .08, no valid drivers license, failure to reduce speed, illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and curfew violation. The teen was released to his parents.

Underage Drinking

A 17-year-old Algonquin boy was arrested Feb. 1, at 11:30 p.m. near Mohican and Council trails and charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor. The juvenile was released to a parent.

Alexander Serafin, 18, 2307 Loop Rd., Algonquin, was arrested Feb. 1, at 11:30 p.m. near Mohican and Council trails and charged with unlawfulf consumption of alcohol by a minor. Serafin was released into the custody of his parents.

DUI

Anthony S. Dixon, 24, 2206 Teton Parkway, Algonquin, was arrested Feb. 3, near Litchfield Lane and Lakewood Road and charged with one count driving under the influence of alcohol, one count DUI with blood-alcohol content over .08, no insurances, and improper lane use. Dixon was released on bond.

Violating Orders of Protection

George A. Suarez, 51, 1 Pine Grove St., Algonquin, was arrested Feb. 3, in the 10 block of Tenneyson Court and charged with violating an order of protection. Suarez was transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock.
