Lake in the Hills Man Accused of Sexually Assaulting Roommate

A 54-year-old Lake in the Hills man faces felony charges for accusations that he sexually assaulted his roommate after she refused to make him breakfast, according to the Northwest Herald.
James P. Price is charged with criminal sexual assault, aggravated criminal sexual abuse, aggravated domestic battery, interfering with the reporting of domestic violence and aggravated assault in connection with the incident, which happened on Saturday morning, according to the article.
Price is next expected in court on March 20, according to online court filings.
