Drug Abuse Presentation at Marlowe to Offer Tips to Parents
The community educational presentation will be held from 7 to 8 p.m. on Dec. 13 at Marlowe Middle School in Lake iin the Hills.
Drug use and abuse will take center stage at a community educational presentation next week at Marlowe Middle School.
The presentation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. on Dec. 13 in the Marlowe Middle School gym, 9625 Haligus Road in Lake in the Hills. The Lake in the Hills Police Department will present information on topics, such as, drug trends, drug identification, synthetic drug updates and recognizing the signs of drug use.
Tools and resources for parents will also be available.

"The presentation is to inform both parents and students in the community about drug use, current trends and how to stay away from drugs," according to the press release.
