Body and Sol Salon Worker Charged with Sexual Assault
Tory R. Taylor, 35, of Roselle, has been charged with criminal sexual assault. Body and Sol Salon owner Jane K. Hayes, 58, of Palatine, has been charged with multiple ordinance offenses.
A male massage therapist who was employed by Body and Sol Salon, located at 836 S. Northwest Highway, in Barrington, has been charged with one count of Criminal Sexual Assault.
The Barrington Police Department and the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office have charged Tory R. Taylor, 35, of Roselle. The charge stems from an incident that occurred at Body and Sol Salon, according to a police press release.
During the course of the investigation, additional facts were obtained relating to the business. As a result, Body and Sol Salon, Inc. and its owner, Jane K. Hayes, 58, of Palatine, were charged with the following ordinance offenses: Massage Establishment License Required (Operating Without a License), Reckless Conduct, Unlawful Acts and Maintaining a Public Nuisance.
