Domestic Battery Arrest
Police arrested a 29-year-old Lake in the Hills man on domestic battery charges Thursday in the 3100 block of Banbury Lane around 7:11 p.m. He was taken to McHenry County Jail.

Two teenage girls -- 15 and 16 years old -- were arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol in the 1200 block of Maple Street around 11:21 p.m. Thursday. Both were later released to their parents.

A van hit another vehicle near the intersection of Randall Road and Village Road around 9:21 a.m. Thursday and then left the scene, according to LITH Police Department's daily bulletin. The van is described as a gray minivan.
Accidents at Randall and Miller Road
No one was injured in a four-vehicle accident that occurred around 1:06 p.m. Thursday at the corner of Randall and Miller roads. A second accident occured at that same intersection occurred at 1:59 p.m.-- this time involving two vehicles. No one was injured in that accident. Property was damaged in both crashes.
Burglary From Motor Vehicle
Items were reportedly taken from an unlocked vehicle parked in the 60 block of Hilltop Drive around 11:24 p.m. Thursday.
