Police responded to a two-vehicle accident near the intersection of Miller and Randall roads around 6:51 p.m. Sunday. A 24-year-old Crystal Lake man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis. A 24-year-old male with a neck injury was taken to Sherman Hospital.
