No Valid Driver's License
Police arrested Marco A. Cocom, 32, at 3:39 p.m. June 13 at Route 31 and Route 62 in Algonquin on charges of no valid driver's license and speeding. Cocom, 3010 Wakefield Drive, Unit M, Carpentersville, was released on a personal recognizance bond and is expected in court July 25 in McHenry County.
Arrest Warrant
Police arrested Keith W. Gilmore, 43, at 6:57 a.m. June 14 at his home, 610 Gaslight Drive, Algonquin, on a McHenry County warrant for residential burglary, theft and criminal damage to property. Gilmore was transported to McHenry County Jail to await a bond hearing.
LAKE IN THE HILLS BLOTTER
No Valid Driver's License
Police arrested Claudia Casas, 25, of 122 Woodstock St., Crystal Lake, on charges of no valid driver's license and disobeying a traffic signal at Virginia Road and Pingree Road at 4:38 p.m. June 14.
No Valid Driver's License
Police arrested Eileen E. Ettner, 50, at 10:45 a.m. June 13 at Virginia and Pingree roads on a Kane County warrant for failure to appear for driving while license suspended. Ettner of Elgin also was arrested on a charge of disregarding a traffic control device. He later was released on bond.
Warrant Arrest
Police arrested Chihuaque Eduardo Lopez, 26, at 12:43 a.m. June 13 at Route 31 and Virginia Road in Lake in the Hills on charges of no valid driver's license and disregarding official traffic control device for no left turn. Lopez, 253 Uteg St., Apt. 7, Crystal Lake, was released on bond.
Domestic Battery
Police arrested Brandon C. West, 25, on two counts of domestic battery at 1:42 p.m. June 13 in the 400 block of East Oak Street. West, of 483 Maple Ave., Carpentersville, was transported to McHenry County Jail.
Driving While License Suspended
Police arrested Molla R. Siegel, 53, at 4:44 p.m. June 12 on a charge of driving while license suspended. Siegel, of 1565 Millbrook Drive, Algonquin, was released on bond.
Driving Under the Influence
Police arrested Lindsay Marie Walser, 28, at 3:55 a.m. June 11 at Dominick's, 101 N. Randall Road, Lake in the Hills, on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content greater than .08, improper turn at intersection and improper lane use. Walser, of McHenry, was released on bond.
Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident
Police arrested Esther E. Lavoie, 25, at 9:08 p.m. June 11 at Papa Saverio's, 471 N. Randall Road, Lake in the Hills, on a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Lavoie, of Woodstock, was released on bond.
