The Lake in the Hills Police Department reported the following incidents in its daily bulletin for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Harassing Calls
A subject living in the 800 block of Parc Court called Lake in the Hills police on Tuesday around 4:16 p.m. to report the complainant had been receiving harassing telephone calls.
Dog Bite; Animal Control Notified

Animal Control was notified after a woman was bit by her dog on the 100 block of Spruce Street around 9 p.m. Wednesday.

A cell phone was entered into evidence at the Lake in the Hills Police Department, 1115 Crystal Lake Road, after being left in a taxi cab. The cab company called police to report the found item around 8:15 a.m. Thursday.
Damage From Rocks Being Thrown
A person living in the 800 block of Noelle Bend called police around 2:33 p.m. Thursday to report siding on their home had been damaged by someone throwing rocks. A report was filed for insurance purposes.
Hit and Run
A vehicle reportedly hit a fire hydrant in the 3900 block of Thornberry Way and then left the scene. Property was damaged during the accident. The accident was reported around 7:04 a.m. Thursday.
