Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol

Police arrested a 21-year-old Huntley man in the 2000 block of Cadbury Circle at 12:06 a.m. Saturday on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood-alcohol content greater than .08, and driving while license revoked. He was turned over to the McHenry County Jail. Police also arrested an 18-year-old Algonquin man on charges of underage consumption of alcohol by a minor, intoxicated pedestrian and battery. He later was released on bond. 

Wanted on a Warrant

Police arrested a 24-year-old Lake in the Hills woman on a DuPage County warrant for failure to appear on a charge of alcohol consumption by a minor. She later was released on bond. 

Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol

Police arrested a 39-year-old Marengo man at , 211 N. Randall Road, at 1:49 a.m. Saturday on charges of driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving while license revoked, attempting to obstruct, failure to signal, disobeying a traffic-control device and driving without any valid insurance. He was taken to McHenry County Jail. 

Driving While License Expired

Police arrested a 33-year-old Lake in the Hills man at Randall Road and Alexandria Boulevard at 9:18 p.m. Saturday on charges of driving while license expired and improper lane use. He later was released on bond. 

Retail Theft

Police received a retail theft report at , 250 N. Randall Road, at 12:10 p.m. Saturday.
