Dog Bite

A 34-year-old man was bit by a dog in the 10 block of Barharbor Court around 9:03 a.m. Wednesday. He was taken to an area hospital. No further information was immediately available.

Possible Overdose

An ambulance was called to the 1100 block of Pine Street around 9:42 p.m. Wednesday for a possible overdose. The man was taken to an area hospital. No further information was immediately available.

Unlawful Use of a Credit Card

Lake in the Hills police received a report Tuesday afternoon of an unknown subject using the credit card of the complainant who lived in the 5400 block of Whitmore Way. The report was turned over to investigations.

Teen Falls Off Skateboard

An ambulance was called to the Lake in the Hills Police Department, 1115 Crystal Lake Road, around 4:04 p.m. to treat an 18-year-old man who fell off skateboard. He was not transported to an area hospital.

Driving While Suspended

A 26-year-old Elgin man was pulled over in the area of Pyott Road and Jessie Road around 3:40 p.m. Monday. He was arrested for driving while his license was suspended, improper use of registration and driving without insurance. He was later released on bond.

Ambulance Called

An ambulance was called to the 2000 block of Noelle Bend Street around 2:32 p.m. Monday to assist an 18-year-old man who had taken an unknown amount of drugs. He was taken to an area hospital. No more information was immediately available.

Driving While License Suspended

 Police pulled over an 18-year-old Barrington woman in the area of Pyott and Rakow roads around 3:35 p.m. Tuesday. She was arrested for driving while license suspended, registration suspended for mandatory insurance violation and not having proof of insurance. She was later released on bond.

No Valid Illinois License

A 33-year-old Harvard man was pulled over in the area of Crystal Lake Road and Oak Street around 8:38 p.m. Tuesday. He was arrested for not having a valid Illinois license and for driving with no safety sticker on a trailer. He was later released on bond.

In a separate arrest, a 38-year-old Lake in the Hills man was pulled over at 2126 W. Algonquin Road around 8:54 p.m. Tuesday. He was arrested for driving with no valid Illinois license, which had been expired more than a year. He was later released on bond.
