Violation of Curfew
Police arrested a 15-year-old Algonquin boy for violation of curfew at 7:32 p.m. on Aug. 10 at the, 2200 Harnish Drive in Algonquin. He was station adjusted and then released into the custody of his parents.
Aggravated Domestic Battery, Endangering Life/Health of a Child
Police arrested Lawrence Spruill, 43, for aggravated domestic battery, domestic battery and endangering life/health of a child at 10:53 p.m. on Aug. 10 at LaFox River Drive and Madison Street in Algonquin. Spruill, of 403 LaFox River Drive in Algonquin, was taken to Mchenry County Jail to await a bond hearing.
Failure to Reduce Speed
Police arrested Juan Carlos Gutierrez, 20, for no valid driver's license and failure to reduce speed at 7:35 a.m. on Aug. 12 at Huntington Drive and Hanson Road in Algonquin. Gutierrez, of 939 Courtney Drive in Crystal Lake, was released after posting $150.
No Valid Driver's License

Criminal Trespassing to Residence
Police arrested Adam S. Ochoa, 24, for criminal trespassing to a residence at 7:27 p.m. on Aug. 12 at his home at 533 Lincoln Street in Algonquin. Ochoa was released after posting $150 and is next expected in court on Sept. 26 in McHenry County.
Violation of Curfew
Police arrested a 15-year-old Algonquin boy at 6:03 a.m. on Aug. 13 at the , 2200 Harnish Drive in Algonquin, for a violation of curfew. The boy was station adjusted and then released into the custody of his father.

Hit and Run
Police arrested James H. Woeste, 70, at Algonquin and Randall roads in Lake in the Hills at 6:58 a.m. on Aug. 10 for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and leaving the scene of an accident. Woeste, 1825 Moorland Lane in Crystal Lake, was released on bond.
Warrant
Police arrested Justin J. Roe, 22, on a warrant out of McHenry County for failure to appear traffic violation at 5:09 p.m. on Aug. 10 in the 5500 block of Wildsprings Drive. Roe of Union was released on bond.
Driving Under the Influence
Police arrested Daniel V. Lynam, 35, at 3:46 a.m. on Aug. 11 at Steak 'n Shake, 211 N. Randall Road in Lake in the Hills, for driving under the influence of alcohol, disobeyed traffic control device, improper lane usage and no insurance. Lynam of Mchenry was released on bond.

Police arrested Daniel V. Lynam, 35, at 3:46 a.m. on Aug. 11 at , 211 N. Randall Road in Lake in the Hills, for driving under the influence of alcohol, disobeying traffic control device, improper lane usage and no insurance. Lynam of Mchenry was released on bond.
Domestic Battery
Police arrested Jacob D. Fitzgerald, 34, on two counts of domestic battery in the 2900 block of Impressions Drive in Lake in the Hills at 12:07 a.m. on Aug. 12. Fitzgerald, of 2973 Impressions Drive in Lake in the Hills, was taken to McHenry County Jail.
Warrant
Police arrested Anthony M. Tank, 26, on a warrant out of McHerny County for disorderly conduct at 10:56 a.m. on Aug. 12 in the 1300 block of Washington Street in Lake in the Hills. Tank, of 1317 Washington Street in Lake in the Hills, was released on bond.

Police arrested William E. Black, 21, on a warrant out of McHenry County for retail theft at 9:37 p.m. on Aug. 13 at the , 1115 Crystal Lake Road in Lake in the Hills. Black of Carpentersville was taken to McHenry County jail.
