Algonquin Police: Woman Arrested for Domestic Battery; Retail Theft Arrests

Algonquin Police reports from June 21 through June 30.

TRESPASSING: 

Dean R. Kramer, 27, was arrested at 12:39 p.m. on June 22 at 1335 Lowe Drive in Algonquin for trespassing. Kramer, of Glendale Heights, was released after posting a $150 bond. He is next expected in court on July 24 in McHenry County. 

THEFT:


A 17-year-old Algonquin boy was arrested for theft at 11:37 p.m. on June 23 at 721 Webster St. in Algonquin. The boy was formally petitioned into juvenile court and released to his father. 

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY:


17-year-old Carpentersville boy was arrested at 12:41 a.m. on June 28 at Sandbloom Road and Compton Drive for criminal damage to property. He was referred to the Tri County Area Peer Jury and then released into the custody of a family member.

Stephen A. Sundvall, 28, was arrested at 12:05 p.m. on June 25 at his home at 405 La Fox River Drive for criminal damage to property. He was released on a Personal Recognizance Bond and is next expected in court July 31 in McHenry County. 

RETAIL THEFT: 


Jonathan J. Pawlicki, 21, of 4 Fieldcrest in Algonquin, and Steven Cruz, 21, of 145 Arquilla Drive in Algonquin, were arrested for retail theft at 9:46 p.m. on June 28. Both were arrested at at 4 Fieldcrest Court in Algonquin. They were both released after posting $150 and are next expected in court on July 24 in McHenry County.

Lynn M. Busky, 60, at 2:20 p.m. on June 30 at Walmart, 1410 S. Randall Road, for retail theft. Busky, of 3671 Greyhawk Drive in Algonquin, was released on a Notice to Appear and is next expected in court on July 31 in Algonquin. 

Shnaz K. Jennings, 57, was arrested at 4:40 p.m. on June 25 at Walmart, 1410 S. Randall Road, for retail theft. Jennings, of West Dundee, was released on a Notice to Appear and is next expected in court on July 31 in Algonquin. 

Lisa Marie Garcia, 41, was arrested for retail theft at the Algonquin Police Department at 10:35 a.m. on June 21. Garcia, of 917 St. John Road in Woodstock, was released after posting a $150.00 bond. She is next expected in court on July 24 in McHenry County.


DUI: 


Raymond D. Elyea, 50, of 325 Tecumseh Apt. 105, was arrested at 2:24 a.m. on June 29 for DUI, improper U-Turn, no proof of insurance, speeding, driving while license suspended, improper lane use and fleeing/attempting to elude. He was taken into custody in the 300 block of Pyott Road and released after posting $300. He is next expected in court on Aug. 7 in McHenry County. 

DOMESTIC BATTERY: 


Lisa M. Ramirez, 26, was arrested for domestic battery at her home at 613 Webster St. in Algonquin at 9:14 p.m. on June 29. She was transported to McHenry County Jail to await a bond hearing.  

WARRANT: 


Lois M. Preston, 59, was arrested at Klasen Road and Mary Street at 8:52 a.m. on June 30 on a warrant out of McHenry County. Preston, of 9502 S. Route 31 in Algonquin, was released after posting $100. She is next expected in court on July 8 in McHenry County. 

BATTERY: 


Anthony J. Garcia Jr., 23, at the Algonquin Police Department at 4:43 p.m. on June 30 for battery. Garcia, of 9173 Bristol Lane in Huntley, was released after posting $150 and is next expected in court on Aug. 7 in McHenry County.
