Algonquin Police: Thefts, DUI-Drugs Arrests

Police release reports from Feb. 11-14.

 Walmart Theft Charge

Elizabeth M. Gambardella, 30, of 4101 Whitehall Lane, Algonquin, was charged with retail theft on Feb. 11, police said.  She was taken into custody at Walmart, 1410 S. Randall Road.  She was released after posting $150 and given a court date of March 13 in McHenry County.

Algonquin Charged with Theft

Michael A. Pilipuf, 28, of 101 Valley View Drive, Algonquin, was charged with theft and taken into custody at his home Feb. 14, according to reports. He was transported to McHenry County Jail after he was unable to post bond, police said.

 

Driving Under Influence of Drugs Charge

Jamie A. Brakefield, 23, of 410 Highland Avenue, West Dundee, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs on Feb. 14, police said.  She was taken into custody at Randall Road and W. Algonquin Road.  She was released on a personal recognizance bond, with a court date of March 27 in McHenry County.

 

Carpentersville Man Charged with Theft

Jaime B. David, 56, of 3126 Shenandoah Circle, Carpentersville, was charged with retail theft on Feb. 14, police said.  He was taken into custody at Walmart, 1410 S. Randall Road.  He was released on a notice to appear in court on March 27 in McHenry County.
