Algonquin Police: Teens Arrested for Underage Drinking, Violating Park Hours

Algonquin Police reports from June 10 through June 14.

Driving While License Suspended: 
Algonquin Police arrested Pamela E. Petersen, 36, of Rolling Meadows at Hanson Road and Edgewood Drive in Algonquin for driving while license suspended  at 2:25 p.m. on June 10. She was also wanted on a warrant. She was taken to McHenry County Jail when unable to post bond. 

Speeding: Algonquin Police arrested Gersson Hilario-Marcelino, 43, at 9:57 p.m. on June 10 at Cardinal Drive and Edgewood Drive in Algonquin for no valid driver's license, no proof of insurance and speeding. Hilario-Marcelino, of 1332 Fox River Drive in Algonquin, was released after posting $150 and is next expected in court on July 17 in McHenry County. 

Driving While License Suspended: Algonquin Police arrested Todd R. Paglialong, 40, at 3:34 p.m. on June 13 at Main and Wilbrandt streets in Algonquin for driving while license suspended, suspended registration, and no proof of insurance. Paglialong, of 260 Edgewood Drive in Algonquin, was also wanted on a warrant out of Kane County for failure to appear on a driving while license suspended charge. He was released after posting $150 on the Algonquin charges and is expected in court on July 24 in McHenry County for those charges. He was released on Kane County charges after posting $300 and is expected in court on June 28 in Kane County. 

Underage Drinking: Algonquin Police arrested a 16-year-old Algonquin boy iat 2:37 a.m. on June 14 in the 1100 block of Huntington Drive in Algonquin for curfew violation, illegal consumption of alcohol and violation of park hours. Police also took into custody a 17-year-old Algonquin boy who was charged with illegal consumption of alcohol and violation of park hours. Both were released on a notice to appear and are next expected in court on July 31 in Algonquin.
