Algonquin Police: Teens Arrested for Marijuana Possession

The Algonquin Police Department reported the following arrests between July 11 and July 14.

Warrant: Algonquin Police arrested Lorelei A. Craft, 49, at 5:32 a.m. on July 11 at McDonald's, 500 E. Algonquin Road, on a warrant out of Rockford for probation violation. Craft, of 1301 Brookdale in Carpentersville, was taken to the McHenry County Jail when unable to post bond. 

Reckless Driving Warrant: Algonquin Police arrested Jeffrey J. Pruemer, 41, at 8:21 a.m. on July 12 at Eastgate Court and Route 62 for a warrant out of McHenry County for reckless driving. Pruemer, of 516 Palm Court in Crystal Lake, was released after posting $500 and is next expected in court on Aug. 1 in McHenry County. 

Warrant: Algonquin Police arrested Shannon M. Davidson, 31, at 1:21 p.m. on July 12 at Walmart, 1410 S. Randall Road, on a warrant out of McHenry County for contempt. Davidson, of 153 Railroad St. in Gilberts, was released after posting $100 and is next expected in court on July 22 in McHenry County. 

Possession of Marijuana: Algonquin Police arrested Paul V. Mercurio, 18, and Mac C. Sylvie, 18, at Kostas, 4053 W. Algonquin Road, at 12:32 a.m. on July 14 on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijauna. Mercurio, of 2880 Briarcliff Lane in Lake in the Hills, was taken to McHenry County Jail when he was unable to post bond. Sylvie, of 150 Judson St. in Bensenville, was release after posting $150 and is next expected in court on Aug. 21 in McHenry County. 

Failure to Reduce Speed: Algonquin Police arrested Monika A. Kur, 31, at Sandbloom Road and Route 62 at 12:02 p.m. on July 14 for no valid driver's license and failure to reduce speed. Kur of Arlington Heights was released after posting $150 and is next expected in court on Aug. 14 in McHenry County.
