Crystal Lake Woman Charged with DUI/Drug

Catherine J. Stuart, 44, of 195 N. Dole Avenue, Crystal Lake, was charged with DUI/Drugs and disobeying traffic control device on Feb. 23, police said. Stuart was taken into custody at Randall Road and County Line Road and released after posting $100 and her Illinois driver’s license, with a court date of April 4 in McHenry County.
Domestic Battery Charge

A 31-year-old woman, Cristie L. Gurin, of 11 Millbrook Court, Algonquin, was charged with domestic battery on Feb. 26, police said. She was taken into custody at her home.
Retail Theft, Warrant Arrest
Clinton J. Kilbert, 26, of 2331 N. Harrison St., Chicago, was charged with retail theft on Feb. 26, police said. He was taken into custody at Walmart, 1410 S. Randall Road. Kilbert was also wanted on a Kane County warrant for aggravated battery and an Elgin warrant for failure to appear on an obstruction of identification charge, police said.
Woodstock Woman Arrested for Theft
Cassie M. Lira, 28, of 801 Washington Street, Apt #19, Woodstock, was charged with retail theft on Feb. 26, reports stated. She was taken into custody at Walmart, 1410 S Randall Road. She was released after posting $150, with a court date of April 3 in McHenry County.
Man Faces Domestic Battery Charge
Brian R. Smith, 46, of 721 Webster St., Algonquin, was charged with domestic battery on Feb. 27, police said. He was taken into custody at 721 Webster Street.
Credit Card Fraud Reported
A sixteen-year-old female from Algonquin was charged with credit card fraud on Feb. 27, police said. She was taken into custody at the Algonquin Police Department, 2200 Harnish Drive. She was Petitioned into Juvenile Court and then released into the custody of her mother.
