Algonquin Police: DUI, Domestic Battery, Retail Theft, Battery

Algonquin Police release reports from April 12 - 15, 2013.

 

Note: The following information was obtained from Algonquin Police Department arrest reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law.

Retail Theft

Isaac Faulk, 18, of 316 Harvest Gate, Lake in the Hills, was charged with retail theft on April 12, police said. He was released after posting $150, with a court date of May 15 in McHenry County.

Kori L. Warner, 18, of 678 Eletson Drive, Crystal Lake, was charged with retail theft on April 14.

Alyssa R. Weber, 18, of 410 Grace Drive, Lake in the Hills, was also charged  with retail theft on April 14, police said.

Warner and Weber were taken into custody at Walmart, 1410 S. Randall Road.  They were both released on a notice to appear, with a court date of May 29 in Algonquin.

DUI

Brian E. Dierking, 22, of 730 Timberwood Lane, Algonquin, was charged with driving under the influence, driving under the influence over .08 blood alcohol level and improper lane use on April 13, police said. He was taken into custody at 325 Partridge Court. Dierking was released after posting his Illinois driver’s license and $150. He was given a May 15 court date in McHenry County.

Battery, Domestic Battery

David S. Lim, 44, of 620 Saratoga Circle, Algonquin, was charged with domestic battery and interfering with the reporting of a domestic battery on April 13, according to police reports.  He was taken into custody at 1012 E. Algonquin Road.

Christopher O. Lester, 21, of 2803 Sorrel Row, Lake in the Hills, was charged with battery on April 15, police said. He was released after posting $150, with a court date of May 15 in McHenry County.
