Algonquin Police Blotter: Wanted on Warrant for Dealing Methamphetamines; Criminal Sexual Assault

April 5, 2011

  • Christina M. Cravins, 25, of the 300 block of Tecumseh Trail, Lake in the Hills, was charged with theft.  She was arrested at Kentucky Fried Chicken, 415 S. Randall Road.  She was released after posting $150 with a court date of May 11, in McHenry County.

April 6, 2011

  • Ruben Martinez-Ortiz, 36, of the 1700 block of North Kimball Avenue, Chicago, was charged with driving while license suspended, speeding and no proof of insurance.  He was arrested at Route 31 and Cary Road.  He was released after posting $150 with a court date of May 11, in McHenry County.
  • Tavares Hutcherson, 34, of the 4600 block of Garvok Court, Indianapolis, Indiana, was charged with speeding.  He was also wanted on two warrants out of Indiana for violation of parole and dealing methamphetamines.  He was arrested at Route 31 and Cary Road.  He was transported to McHenry County Jail when unable to post bond.
  • Ryan T. Dellegrazie, 25, of the 400 block of Parkview Terrace West, Algonquin, was charged with aggravated assault. He was released after posting $150 with a court date of May 11, in McHenry County.
  • Juanita M. Luckett-Wilson, 37, of 360 Andover Drive, Oswego, was charged with driving while license suspended.  She was arrested at Randall Road and Corporate Parkway.  She was released after posting $150, with a court date of May 11, in McHenry County.

  • A 16-year-old male from Carpentersville was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.  He was arrested at Jacobs High School, 2601 Bunker Hill Drive.  He was formally petitioned into juvenile court and then released into the custody of his parents.
  • Derrick I. Hill, 37, of the 200 block of Washington Street, Algonquin, was charged with predatory criminal sexual assault of a child, criminal sexual assault and aggravated criminal sexual abuse.  He was arrested at the Algonquin Police Department.  He was transported to McHenry County Jail to await a bond hearing.
