  • A 16-year-old from West Dundee was charged with criminal damage to property at 2001 Azure. She was arrested at the Algonquin Police Department. She was released into the custody of her father on a notice to appear, with a court date of June 19, in Algonquin.

  • Oscar D. Gutierrez-Herrera, 24, of the 1900 block of Cherokee, Carpentersville, ws wanted on a warrant out of Kane County for failure to appear on traffic charges. He was arrested at Woodview and Longwood. He was released after posting $1,000, with a court date of June 19, in Kane County- Elgin Court.
  • Martin Jesus Ibarra, 56, of the 1-99 block of Wren Road, Carpentersville, was charged with driving while license suspended, no insurance and no seatbelt. He was arrested at Shagbark Court and Huntington Drive. He was release on an I-Bond, with a court date of June 22, in McHenry County.
  •  Duane James Harris Jr., 21, of the 800 block of Royal Lane, West Dundee, was charged with hit and run. He was arrested at the Algonquin Police Department. He was released with a court date of June 15, in McHenry County.

  •  Ashley E. Scott, 18, of the 11900 block of Mohican Drive, Algonquin was charged with theft. She was arrested at Miller Road and Meadowsedge Lane, Carpentersville. She was released after posting $150, with a court date of June 22, in McHenry County.
