Algonquin Police Blotter: Retail Theft, Drug Paraphernalia

February 4, 2011

  • Lauren E. Lugo, 21, of the 1100 block of Heavens Gate, Lake in the Hills, was charged with retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was arrested at Wal-Mart, 1410 S. Randall Road.  She was released on a notice to appear, with a court date of March 30, in Algonquin.

February 5, 2011

  • Russell L. Fisher, 53, of the 200 block of Highland Avenue, Algonquin, was charged with retail theft.  He was also wanted on a warrant, out of Cook County for driving while license suspended/driving while license revoked.  He was arrested at Butera, 1400 E. Algonquin Road.  He was transported to McHenry County Jail, to await pick up by Cook County, after posting $150 on the Algonquin charges. He has a court date of March 16, in McHenry County.

  • Sandra Sivila, 42, of the 4700 block of Highwood Lane, Lake in the Hills, was charged with driving while license revoked, no proof of insurance and failure to signal lane change.  She was arrested at Algonquin Road and Talaga Drive.  She was released after posting $150, with a court date of March 9, in McHenry County.
  • Lisa M. Richert, 42, of the 11700 block of Niagra Lane, Huntley, was charged with retail theft.  She was arrested at Kohl’s, 734 S. Randall Road.  She was released after posting $150, with a court date of March 16, in McHenry County.
  • Paige E. Pestka, 19, of the 300 block of Pauline Avenue, Crystal Lake, was charged with retail theft.  She was arrested at Kohl’s, 734 S. Randall Road.  She was released on a notice to appear, with a court date of March 30, in Algonquin.
