Algonquin Police Blotter: Oct. 15-17
The following arrest information was supplied by the Algonquin Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Oct. 15, 2011
- Renate A. Hofman, 49, of the 2100 block of Carlisle Street, Algonquin, was charged with retail theft. She was arrested at Kohl’s, 734 S. Randall Road. She was released after posting $150, with a court date of Nov. 30, in McHenry County.
Oct. 16, 2011
- Hamid R. Latif, 44, of the 1400 block of Grandview Court, Algonquin, was charged with domestic battery. He was arrested at his home and was transported to McHenry County Jail to await a bond hearing.
- Tyler Jr. Janese, 21, of the 1300 block of Mulberry, Cary, was charged with no valid driver’s license and speeding. He was arrested at Edgewood Drive and Harper Drive. He was released after posting $150, with a court date of Nov. 23, in McHenry County.

- Todd J. Bedgood, 43, of the 1-99 block of Dellwood Court, Algonquin, was charged with two counts of aggravated DUI, driving while license suspended and obstructing identification. He was arrested at Randall Road and Algonquin Road. He was transported to McHenry County Jail to await a bond hearing.
