• A 15-year-old Lake in the Hills boy was arrested at , 2601 Bunker Hill Drive, on a charge of residential burglary. He formally was petitioned into juvenile court and then was released into the custody of his parents.

• A 15-year-old Lake in the Hills boy was arrested at Oak Ridge School, Carpentersville, on a charge of residential burglary. He formally was petitioned into juvenile court and then was released into the custody of his sister.

Nov. 3, 2011

• Yong J. Cho, 34, of the 100 block of Polaris Drive, Lake in the Hills, was arrested at Randall Road and Harnish Drive on charges of DUI, DUI over .08, and failure to reduce speed. He was released after posting $100 and his driver’s license, with a court date of Dec. 28, in McHenry County.
• A 16-year-old Lake in the Hills boy was arrested at the on a charge of aggravated battery. He formally was petitioned into juvenile court and then was released into the custody of his mother.
• A 15-year-old Carpentersville girl was arrested at , 2601 Bunker Hill Drive, on a charge of aggravated battery. She formally was petitioned into juvenile court and then was released into the custody of her parents.

• Christian D. Arroyo-Soto, 25, of the 2000 block of Waverly Lane, Algonquin, was arrested at Randall Road and Corporate Parkway on charges of reckless driving and speeding more than 40. He was released on a personal recognizance bond after posting his driver’s license, with a court date of Dec. 7, in McHenry County.
• Chiffon M. Wilkins, 19, and Shanay N. Wilkins, 18, both of the 1200 block of Walnut Glen Drive, Crystal Lake, were arrested at , 1410 S. Randall Road, on charges of retail theft. They were released on a notice to appear, with a court date of Nov. 30 in Algonquin.
