Algonquin Police Blotter: Jan. 27-29

The following arrest information was supplied by the Algonquin Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Jan. 27, 2012

  • Ryan D. Hagen, 21, of the 1800 block of Hazel Hill Drive, Mount Prospect, was charged with domestic battery.  He was arrested at the Algonquin Police Department.  He was released after posting $500, with a court date of March 28, in Kane County.

Jan. 28, 2012

  • Joseph M. Kramer, 20, of the 500 block of Huron Trail, Lake in the Hills, was wanted on a warrant out of McHenry County for retail theft and possession of alcohol by a minor.  He was arrested at Routes 31 and 62.  He was released after posting $150, with a court date of Feb. 15, in McHenry County.
  • Samantha J. Marlatt, 21, of the 7000 block of Mason Hill Road, McHenry, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.  She was arrested at Stonegate Road and Carlisle Street.  She was released on a notice to appear, with a court date of Feb. 29, in Algonquin.
  • Dominique X. Blake, 18, of the 300 block of Village Creek Drive, Lake in the Hills, was charged with driving while license suspended and disregarding a stop sign.  He was arrested in the 1500 block of South Randall Road.  He was released on a personal recognizance bond, with a court date of Feb. 29, in McHenry County.
  • Timothy C. Lucey, 45, of the 1100 block of Sawmill Lane, Algonquin, was charged with criminal damage to property and three counts of domestic battery.  He was arrested at his home and was transported to McHenry County to await a bond hearing.

  • Sherwin A. Laya, 36, of the 1-99 block of Parkside Court, Algonquin, was charged with domestic battery.  He was arrested at his home and was transported to McHenry County Jail to await a bond hearing.
