Algonquin Police Blotter: Jan. 13 to Jan. 19

The following arrest information was supplied by the Algonquin Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Jan. 13, 2012

  • A 16-year-old Algonquin boy was arrested near Sunrise and Washtenaw lanes on charges of theft of services. He formally was petitioned into juvenile court and then released into the custody of his mother.
  • Timothy J. Bolger, 50, of the 500 block of Summit Street, Algonquin, was arrested at the Algonquin Police Department on a McHenry County warrant for failure to appear on a driving while license suspended charge. He was released after posting $500, with a court date of Feb. 22, in McHenry County.

Jan. 14, 2012

  • Andres J. Gamboa, 24, of the 200 block of Sioux, Carpentersville, was arrested at Route 62 and Longwood on a charge of driving while license suspended. He was released after posting $150, with a court date of Feb. 15, in McHenry County.

  • Kimilyn Y. Allen, 49, of the 1200 block of McLean Boulevard, Elgin, was arrested at Randall Road and Huntington Drive on charges of driving while license suspended and driving in the wrong lane. She was released on a personal recognizance bond, with a court date of Feb. 15, in McHenry County.

Jan. 16, 2012

  • Dorota M. Suslow, 32, of the 2300 block of Nicholas Road, Arlington Heights, was arrested at 2127 Cook Line Road on a charge of felony theft. She was transported to McHenry County Jail, to await a bond hearing.

Romanowski, 27, of the 1500 block of Matthew Drive, Algonquin, was arrested at the Algonquin Police Department on charges of driving while license suspended, failure to reduce speed, improper lane use and expired registration. He was released after posting $150, with a court date of Feb. 22, in McHenry County.

Jan. 19, 2012

  • Ashley A. Farbiak, 23, of the 9600 block of Newton Drive, Huntley, was arrested at Kohl’s, 734 S. Randall Road, on a charge of retail theft. She was released on a notice to appear, with a court date of Feb. 29, in Algonquin.
