Algonquin Police Blotter: Feb. 3-4

Feb. 3, 2012

  • Felipe E. Wahlstedt, 19, of the 11800 block of Cape Cod lane, Huntley, was charged with theft.  He was arrested at Chipotle Mexican Grill, 412 S. Randall Road.  He was released after posting $150, with a court date of March 7, in McHenry County.
  • A 14-year-old boy from Algonquin was charged with battery.  He was arrested at the Algonquin Police Department, 2200 Harnish Drive.  He was referred to the Tri County Area Peer Jury and then released into the custody of his parents.

Feb. 4, 2012

  • A 17-year-old boy from Algonquin was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of alcohol by a minor.  He was arrested at Barrett Drive and Longmeadow Parkway.  He was released on a notice to appear, with a court date of March 28, in Algonquin.
