Algonquin Police Blotter: Feb. 24-26

Feb. 24, 2012

• Estanislao Yanez-Ramirez, 41, of the 800 block of Augusta Avenue, Elgin, was charged with suspended registration and no proof of insurance.  He was also wanted on a warrant out of DuPage County for contempt of court.  He was arrested in the 200 block of Sandbloom Road.  He was released on a notice to appear on the Algonquin charges, with a court date of March 27, in McHenry County and after posting $150, on the DuPage County warrant, with a court date of March 21, in DuPage County.

• Kyle J. Cirasuolo, 23, of the 300 block of S. Hubbard Street, Algonquin, was wanted on a warrant out of Vermillion County for failure to appear on a DUI charge.  He was arrested at 320 S. Hubbard.  He was released after posting $750, with a court date of March 12, in Vermillion County.

Feb. 25, 2012

• Ismael G. Luna, 51, of the 4300 block of W. Shamrock, McHenry, was charged with aggravated DUI, illegal transportation of alcohol, no proof of insurance, improper lane use, DUI over and driving while license revoked.  He was arrested at Randall and Algonquin roads.  He was transported to McHenry County Jail to await a bond hearing.

• Garrett M. Fales, 18, of the 700 block of Gaslight Drive, Algonquin, was charged with hit and run and resisting/obstructing a peace officer.  He was arrested at his home and was released on a personal recognizance bond, with a court date of March 22, in Kane County.

Feb. 26, 2012

• Pamela E. Quinn, 51, of the 600 block of Rosner Drive, Roselle, was charged with DUI, DUI over, hit and run, improper lane use, failure to signal, no proof of insurance and improper turn.  She was arrested at South Harrison Street and Route 62.  She was released after posting $100 and her Illinois driver’s license, with a court date of March 28, in McHenry County.

• Raymond T. Rakowski, 28, of the 200 block of Oakleaf Road, Lake in the Hills, was charged with DUI, DUI over and improper lane use.  He was arrested at Randall Road and Huntington Drive.  He was released after posting $100 and his Illinois driver’s license, with a court date of March 21, in McHenry County.

• Wesley W. Musgrove, 35, of the 1900 block of 44th Place, Kenosha, Wisconsin, was charged with retail theft. He was arrested at Wal-Mart, 1410 S. Randall Road.  He was released after posting $150, with a court date of April 4, in McHenry County.
