Feb. 19, 2012
Tony R. Smith, 26, of the 1200 block of Driftwood, Algonquin, was charged with theft of lost or mislaid property. He was arrested at the Algonquin Police Department. He was released after posting $75, with a court date of March 21, in McHenry County.

Shanna R. White, 36, of the 900 block of Lennox, Waukegan, was charged with driving while license suspended, no proof of insurance and driving without deadlights. She was also wanted on a warrant out of Lake County for failure to appear on a retail theft charge. She was arrested at Randall and County Line roads. She was transported to McHenry County Jail, when unable to post bond.
