Algonquin Police Blotter: Failure to Appear in Court

Laura K. Ozaniec, 39, of the 1000 block of Neudearborn Lane, Naperville, was charged with driving while license suspended.  She was also wanted on a warrant out of DuPage County for failure to appear on a DUI charge.  She was arrested at Boyer Road and Corporate Parkway.  She was released on a personal recognizance bond on the Algonquin charge, with a court date of June 15 in McHenry County. She was released after posting $800 on the DuPage warrant, with a court date of June 7 in DuPage County.

Diego G. Gonzalez-Morales, 20, of the 200 block of Gertrude Street E, Elgin, was charged with driving while license suspended and no front plate.  He was arrested at Washington and Jefferson street.  He was released after posting $150, with a court date of June 22, in McHenry County.

Katie L. Popnick, 19, of the 900 block of Cambridge Lane, Crystal Lake, was wanted on a warrant out of McHenry County for failure to appear on a driving while license suspended charge.  She was arrested at Route 62 and 25.  She was released after posting $500, with a court date of June 6, in McHenry County.
