Algonquin Police Blotter: DUI; Driving While License Suspended

April 1, 2011

• Ramiro T. Provencio, 57, of the 500 block of Towne Court, Gilberts, was charged with driving while license revoked and improper lane usage.  He was arrested at Randall Road and Harnish Drive.  He was released after posting $150 with a court date of May 4, in McHenry County.

April 2, 2011

• John D. Ure, 38, of the 100 block of Old Sutton Road, Barrington Hills, was charged with DUI, DUI over, driving in the wrong lane and improper turn.  He was arrested at West Algonquin and Oakleaf road.  He was released after posting $100 and his Illinois driver’s license with a court date of May 11, in McHenry County.

• A 14-year-old male from Algonquin was charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor.  He was arrested at Cardinal and Edgewood drive.  He was released on a notice to appear with a court date of May 25 in Algonquin.  Also taken into custody during the same incident was a 15-year-old male from Poplar Grove who was also charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor.  He was also released on a notice to appear with a court date of May 25 in Algonquin.

April 3, 2011

• Reydir Zuart, 34, of the 1300 block of Teakwood, Crystal Lake, was charged with DUI, DUI over, no valid driver’s license, no proof of insurance and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.  He was arrested at Randall Road north of Algonquin Road.  He was released after posting $300 with a court date of May 11, in McHenry County.

• Jake D. Haiges, 21, of the 100 block of Woody Way, Lake in the Hills, was charged with driving while license suspended.  He was arrested at Huntington Drive and Rolls Drive.  He was released after posting $150 with a court date of May 11, in McHenry County.

• Emily A. Plumb, 22, of the 1-99 block of Lisa Court, Lake in the Hills, was charged with driving while license suspended, suspended registration, no proof of insurance and expired registration.  She was arrested at Stonegate Road and Rolls Drive.  She was released after posting $150 with a court date of May 11, in McHenry County.
