April 22, 2011

  • Kevin R. Fitzgerald, 23, of the 1-99 block of Witt Road, South Barrington, was charged with failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and DUI.  He was arrested at Randall and Stonegate road.  He was released on a personal recognizance bond, with a court date of June 1, in McHenry County.
  • Matthew F. Lahman, 42, of the 1300 Cherrywood Court, Algonquin, was charged with DUI and leaving the scene of an accident. He was arrested and released after posting $100 and his Illinois driver’s license with a court date of May 25, in McHenry County.

April 23, 2011

  • Michael C. Wollam, 46, of the 1600 block of Mansfield Court, Roselle, was charged with DUI, DUI Over, leaving the scene of an accident and following too closely.  He was arrested at Route 31 and Lincoln Street.  He was released after posting $250 and his Illinois driver’s license, with a court date of June 1, in McHenry County.

  • Elizabeth M. Eaves, 36, of the 200 block of Country Commons Road, Trout Valley, was charged with driving while license suspended.  She was arrested at Route 31 and Cary Road.  She was released after posting $150, with a court date of May 25, in McHenry County.

  • A 17-year-old female from Huntley was charged with retail theft.  She was arrested at Kohl’s, 734 S. Randall Road.  She was released on a notice to appear, with a court date of May 25, in Algonquin.
  • Benjamin R. Caisman, 18, of the 1200 block of Fairmont Court, Algonquin, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.  He was arrested at the Algonquin Police Department.  He was released on a notice to appear with a court date of May 25, in Algonquin.

  • A 14-year-old male from Algonquin was charged with resisting a peace officer.  He was arreted at Office Depot, 175 S. Randall Road.  He was formally petitioned into juvenile court and then released into the custody of his mother.
  • Two 17-year-old females from Crystal Lake were charged with retail theft.  They were arrested at Kohl’s, 734 S. Randall Road.  They were both stationed adjusted and released into the custody of their parents.
  • Michael D. Downey, 39, of the 3800 block of Wexford Drive, Springfield, was charged with battery.  He was arrested at The Thirsty Whale, 1700 S. Randall Road.  He was released after posting $150, with a court date of June 2, in Kane County.

April 29, 2011

  • Brian A. DalBello, 18, of the 1700 block of Crofton Drive, Algonquin, was charged with retail theft and unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor.  He was arrested at Meijer, 400 S. Randall Road.  He was released on a personal recognizance bond, with a court date of June 1, in McHenry County.

April 30, 2011

  • Nicholas J. Onofrio, 18, of the 1600 block of Southridge Trail, Algonquin, was charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor.  He was arrested and released on a notice to appear, with a court date of June 29, in Algonquin.

May 1, 2011

  • Jason R. Calkins, 38, of the 4200 block of Coyote lakes Circle, Lake in the Hills, was charged with DUI, DUI Over, driving too fast for conditions & failure to secure child in child restraint.  He was arrested at Algonquin and Frank Road.  He was released after posting $100 and his Illinois driver’s license, with a court date of June 15, in McHenry County.
  • A 17-year-old male from Huntley was charged with retail theft.  He was arrested at the Algonquin Police Department.  He was released on a notice to appear, with a court date of June 29, in Algonquin.
  • Francisco Mora, 27, of the 1300 block of Merrill Avenue, Algonquin, was charged with driving while license suspended.  He was arrested at Huntington and Aberdeen Drive.  He was released after posting $150, with a court date of June 8, in McHenry County.
