Algonquin Police Blotter: Driving Without a License

March 25, 2011

• Juan J. Rivera, 27, of the 300 block of North Main Street, was charged with aggravated battery, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and two counts of domestic battery. He was transported to McHenry County Jail to await a bond hearing.

• Courtney Anne Mok, , of the 1300 block of Lund Avenue, Algonquin, was charged with driving while license suspended. She was arrested at Edgewood and Harper drive. She was released on a personal recognizance bond, with a court date of April 27, in McHenry County.

March 26, 2011

• Michael G. Merritt, 33, of the 1700 block of Rosewood Lane, Johnsburg, was charged with DUI, DUI over, improper lane usage and uninsured motor vehicle. He was arrested at Route 31 and Cary Road. He was released after posting his Illinois driver’s license and $100, with a court date of April 27, in McHenry County.

• Kaelyn L. Kennedy, 20, of the 200 block of East Depot Street, Silver Lake, Wisconsin, was charged with driving while license suspended, speeding and uninsured motor vehicle. She was arrested at Main Street and Cary Road. She was released after posting $150, with a court date of May 4, in McHenry County.

• Anthony J. Bilbrey, 26, of the 100 block of Dartmoor Drive, Round Lake Park, was wanted on a warrant out of McHenry County for failure to appear on a no valid driver’s license charge. He was arrested at 15 S. Randall Road. He was released after posted $500, with a court date of April 14, in McHenry County.

• Jose Luis Vasquez-Ramirez, 35, of the 1700 block of Meadow Lane, McHenry, was charged with no valid driver’s license and speeding. He was arrested at Route 31 and Cary Road. He was released after posting $150, with a court date of April 27, in McHenry County.

• Juan Munoz-Lopez, 26, of the 100 block of Meadowdale Court, Carpentersville, was charged with retail theft. He was arrested at 832 S. Randall Road. He was released after posting $500 bond, with no court appearance required, in Algonquin.

• Tracy Ann Marsik, 34, of the 2000 block of Valley Road, Lombard, was charged with driving while license suspended, speeding, uninsured motor vehicle, suspended registration and failure to notify change of address. She was arrest at 601 W. Algonquin Road. She was released on a personal recognizance bond, with a court date of April 27, in McHenry County.
