Algonquin Police Blotter: Dec 5-8

The following arrest information was supplied by the Algonquin Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Dec. 5, 2011

  • Two 15-year-old Lake in the Hills boys and a 16-year-old Algonquin boy were arrested at 400 Tenby Way. Each was charged with criminal trespass to a residence. The 15-year-olds were referred to the Tri County Area Peer Jury and then released into the custody of their parents. The 16-year-old formally was stationed, adjusted and then released into the custody of his parents.
  • Ian A. Krawiec, 19, of the 1-99 block of Birch Street, Carpentersville, was arrested at , on charges of retail theft and possession of alcohol by a minor. He was released on a notice to appear, with a court date of Jan. 25, 2012, in Algonquin.

Dec. 6, 2011

  • Alexandria M. Krause, 22, of the 1200 block of Sandalwood Lane, Crystal Lake, was arrested at Randall Road and Stonegate Road on charges of DUI and making an improper turn. She was released after posting $100 and her driver’s license, with a court date of Jan. 11, 2012, in McHenry County.

Dec. 7, 2011

  • Timothy J. Bolger, 50, of the 500 block of Summit Drive, Algonquin, was arrested at Route 62 and Eastgate Drive on charges of driving while license suspended and improper lane use. He was released after posting $150, with a court date of Jan. 11, 2012, in McHenry County.
  • Rachel A. Raciborski, 19, of the 10000 block of Thornton Way, Huntley, was charged with retail theft. She was arrested at . She was released on a notice to appear, with a court date of Jan. 25, 2012, in Algonquin.
  • Scott R. Schwartz, 28, of the 1700 block of Winaki Trail, Algonquin, was arrested at the  on a Kane County warrant for battery. He was released after posting $500, with a court date of Jan. 10, 2012, in Kane County.
  • John A. Sinde, 50, of the 600 block of Huntington Court, Algonquin, was charged with driving while license revoked and following too closely. He was arrested at his home and was transported to McHenry County Jail when unable to post bond.

Dec. 8, 2011

  • Theresa L. Strong, 25, of the 1300 block of Cunat Court, Lake in the Hills, was arrested at the on charges of hit and run, failure to give information and improper lane use. She was released after posting $150, with a court date of Jan. 25, 2012, in McHenry County.
  • Ryan A. Ruffino, 18, of the 300 block of East Fullerton, Addison, was charged with retail theft. She was arrested at . She was released on a personal recognizance bond, with a court date of Jan. 11, 2012, in McHenry County.
