Algonquin Police Blotter: Curfew Violation; Driving Without a License

March 28, 2011

  • A 16-year-old female from Lake In The Hills was charged with retail theft.  She was arrested at Meijer, 400 S. Randall Road.  She was released on a station adjustment and then released into the custody of her father.

March 29, 2011

  • Judith A. Klein, 52, of the 800 block of Eineke Blvd, Algonquin, was charged with hit and run, no valid driver’s license and uninsured motor vehicle.  She was arrested at 195 S. Randall Road.  She was transported to McHenry County Jail when unable to post bond.

  • Evan A. Fox, 22, of the 300 block of Green Knoll Lane, Carpentersville, was charged with driving while license suspended. He was arrested at Algonquin and Hanson road.  He was released after posting $150, with a court date of May 4, in McHenry County.
  • A 16-year-old female from Algonquin was charged with curfew violation. She was arrested at 1495 W. Algonquin Road.  She was released on a notice to appear with a court date of April 27 in Algonquin, and then released to her parents.
  • Carlos Martinez, 30, of the 200 block of Granada, Carpentersville, was charged with no valid driver’s license and disobeying traffic control device.  He was arrested at Edward and Harrison street. He was released after posting $150 with a court date of May 4, in McHenry County.
