Algonquin Police Arrest Woman for Aggravated Robbery, Others Charged with Retail Theft

Algonquin Police release arrest reports through Sunday, Oct. 13, 2013.

Aggravated Robbery

Alisha L. Reese, 27, of the 100 block of La Fox River Drive, Algonquin, was arrested at 5:19 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11, and charged with aggravated robbery and obstruction of identification. She was taken into custody at 2 N. Main St., and eventually transported to the McHenry County Jail, to await a bond hearing.


Retail Theft

Justin M. Reiner, 18, of the 1600 block of Brompton Ct., Crystal Lake, was arrested at 9:37 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11, and charged with retail theft. He was taken into custody at Walmart, 1410 S. Randall Rd., Algonquin. He was released on an personal recognizance bond  with a court date of Nov. 20.


Philip J. Casale, 56, of the 2400 block of Stonegate Rd., Algonquin, was charged with retail theft at 3:18 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11. He was taken into custody at Randall Road and County Line Road. When unable to post bond, he was transported to the McHenry County Jail.

Florence E. Perry, 55, of the 700 block of Village Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested at 12:07 p.m. Oct. 7, and charged with felony retail theft. She was taken into custody at Walmart, 1410 S. Randall Rd. She was transported to the McHenry County Jail to await a bond hearing.

Fleeing

A 16-year-old Algonquin boy was arrested at 1:41 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 13, and charged with fleeing/ attempting to elude, no valid driver’s license, no headlights and failure to drive on right side of roadway. He was taken into custody in the 400 block of Harvest Gate Drive. He was released on a notice to appear, with a court date of Nov. 13, in McHenry County.

Wanted on Warrant

Patrick W. Steger, 34, of the 1300 block of Blue Ridge Parkway, Algonquin, was arrested at 1:26 p.m. Oct. 8, on a warrant out of DeKalb County for violation of an order of protection. He was transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock.

John G. Monteleone, 45, 99 Brookside Dr., Elgin, was arrested at 3:17 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, on a warrant from the Illinois State Police for selling a synthetic narcotic. He was taken into custody at 1409 Commerce Dr., and transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock.

Tracy L. Monteleone, 43, 99 Brookside Dr., Elgin, was arrested at 6:40 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, on a warrant from the Illinois State Police for selling synthetic narcotic. She was taken into custody at the Algonquin Police Department. She posted $2,500 bond and was released with a court date of Oct. 24, in Kane County.


Driving on Suspended License

Erica L. Bonilla, 33, of 6600 block of Majestic Way, Carpentersville, was arrested at 5:39 p.m. Oct. 8, and charged with driving while license suspended. She was taken into custody at Stonegate Road and Broadsmore Drive. She was released on a personal recognizance bond with a court date of Nov. 13.

Disorderly Conduct

Devin J. Truax, 22, of the 600 block of Alice Place, Elgin, was charged with disorderly conduct at 10:26 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 10. He was taken into custody at Randall Road and Huntington Drive. He was released on an I-bond with a court date of Nov. 13.
