Algonquin Police Arrest Several for Firearms Violations, Retail Theft, Underage Drinking

Algonquin Police release arrest reports through May 27, 2013.

Retail Theft


Bebe G. Agravante, 54, 362 Lake Gillian Way, Algonquin, was arrested at 3:25 p.m. Saturday, May 25, and charged with retail theft. She was taken into custody at Kohl's, 734 Randall Rd. She was released on a notice to appear in court June 26 in Algonquin.

Battery

James M. Foster, 39, 431 Wedgewood Circle, Lake in the Hills, was arrested at 9:35 p.m. Saturday, May 25, and charged with battery and obstructing a peace officer. He was taken into custody at 7 S. Main St. He posted $150 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court June 26 in McHenry County.

Underage Drinking

Paul E. Greer, 19, 38 Center St., Algonquin, was arrested at 1:37 a.m. Monday, May 27, and charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor. He was taken into custody at 115 Eastgate Dr. He posted $150 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court June 26 in McHenry County.

Firearm Violation, Marijuana Possession, Underage Drinking

Timothy J. Clark, 19, 44W532 Oakshire Ln., Hampshire, was arrested at 1:37 a.m. Monday, May 27, and charged with possession of a firearm without a valid Firearms Owner Identification (FOID), unlawful possession of cannabis and unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor, according to police reports.
Clark was taken into custody at 115 Eastgate Dr. He posted $150 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court June 26 in McHenry County.


Allen S. Hamilton, 18, 825 Webster Blvd., Pingree Grove, was arrested at 1:37 a.m. Monday, May 27, and charged with posession of a firearm without valid FOID, possession of cannbis, unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor and unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor.
He was taken into custody at 115 Eastgate Dr. He posted $150 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court June 16 in McHenry County.

Firearm Violation, Car Burglary

Jeremy M. Perez, 19, 131 Mohawk Tr., Algonquin, was arrested at 1:37 a.m. Monday, May 27, and charged with possession of a firearm without valid FOID and three counts of burglary to a motor vehicle.
He was taken into custody at 115 Eastgate Dr. He was transported to the McHenry County Jail, where he was awaiting a bond hearing.

Firearm Violation

Todd N. Carriker, 23, 3812 Fillmore Ln., Johnsburg, was arrested at 1:37 a.m. Monday, May 27, and charged with possession of a firearm without a valid FOID card, illegal possession of ammunition without a valid FOID and violation of the liquor control act.
He was taken into custody at 115 Eastgate Dr. He was transported to the McHenry County Jail when he was unable to post bond.
