Underage Drinking, Violation of Park Hours
Police arrested three at Butch Hagele Beach, 71 Hilltop Drive in Lake in the Hills, at 12:28 a.m. on July 18 for underage drinking and violation of park hours. Police took into custody:
- Alexandra E. Labels, 19, of 735 of Hoffman Estates, for unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor and violation of park hours. She was give a notice to appear.
- Cody D. Bingham, 19, of McHenry, for unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor and violation of park hours. He was give a notice to appear.
- Jonathan L. Elston, 20, of 112 Hilltop Drive in Lake in the Hills, for unlawful consumption of alcohol by minor and violation of park hours. He was given a notice to appear.
Failure to Appear Liquor Possession
Police arrested Rylie Allen Brown, 22, at 6:36 p.m. on July 18 on a warrant out of Kendall County for failure to appear for liquor possession. He was later released on bond.
Theft
Police received a report in the 4800 block of Larkspur Lane at 7:56 p.m. on July 17 of theft of jewelry and unauthorized charges on a credit card. There is a pending investigation by the reporting officer.
ALGONQUIN POLICE BLOTTER
Retail Theft
Police arrested Lawrence P. Sheldon, 42, at 1410 S. Randall Road in Algonquin at 5:03 p.m. on July 16 for retail theft. Sheldon of Woodstock was released after posting $150 bond and is next expected in court on Aug. 22 in McHenry County.
Retail Theft
Police arrested Peter Daddaboo, 47, for retail theft at 8:37 p.m. on July 16 at 1410 S. Randall Road. Daddaboo of Huntley was released on a personal recognizance bond and is next expected in court on Aug. 22 in McHenry County.
Retail Theft
Police arrested Bradley C. Kasnick, 18, at 8:46 a.m. on July 16 at 2200 Harnish Drive for retail theft. Kasnick of McHenry was released on a notice to appear and is next expected in court in Algonquin on Aug. 29.
Domestic Battery, Interference with Reporting of Domestic Violence
Police arrested Markey L. Price, 35, in the 500 block of Woodscreek Lane at 11:55 p.m. on July 19 for two counts of domestic battery, battery and interference with reporting of domestic violence. Price of 575 Woodscreek Lane in Algonquin was taken to McHenry County Jail to await a bond call.
