Lake in the Hills Police Blotter

2:20 a.m. April 13, 2012: Police arrested Theordore N. Biever, Jr., 63, of 351 Council Trail, at the intersection of Crystal Lake Road and Linden Street for driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a breath alcohol content greater than .08 and improper parking. He was later released on bond. 

9:55 p.m. April 13, 2012: Police arrested Hector G. Madrigal, 19, of Wauconda, at Talaga Drive and Algonquin Road on a warrant out of Lake County for failure to appear for a traffic violation, driving while license revoked and speeding. He was taken to McHenry County Jail. 

1:38 a.m. April 12, 2012: Police responded to Moretti's, 220 N. Randall Road in LITH, for a highly intoxicated 27-year-old man. He was taken to an area hospital. 

10:08 p.m. April 12, 2012: Police arrested Pedro A. Rombero, 29, of Elgin, at Randall Road and McHenry Avenue for having no valid driver's license, speeding and no insurance. He was later released on bond. 

5:23 a.m. April 11, 2012: Police received a report of subjects trespassing in a backyard in the 50 block of Hilltop Drive. 

11:44 a.m. April 10, 2012: Police arrested Zachary A. Cox, 23, of Fox Lake, at Algonquin and Randall roads for driving while license suspended and expired registration. He was later released on bond. 

11:43 a.m. April 10, 2012: Police arrested Justin C. Head, 21, of 1405 Monroe St. in Lake in the Hills, in the 1400 block of Monroe Street for violation of a bail bond. He was taken to McHenry County Jail. 

11:02 p.m. April 9, 2012: Police arrested Justin C. Head, 21, of 1405 Monroe St. in Lake in the Hills, in the 1400 block of Monroe Street on four counts of domestic battery. He was taken to McHenry County Jail. 

9:49 p.m. April 9, 2012: Police arrested Stanley S. Luczaj, 49, of Chicago, for domestic battery in the first block of Crimson Court. He was taken to McHenry County Jail. 

11:49 a.m. April 9, 2012: Police received a report of a burglary to a motor vehicle in the 1400 block of Monroe Street. A wallet was taken from an unlocked vehicle. The report was turned over to the Lake in the Hills Police Department's investigations' team.

6:10 p.m. April 10, 2012: Police arrested Melissa L. Ruge, 34, of 2615 Amber Court in Algonquin, for retail theft at Kohl's, 734 S. Randall Road in Algonquin. She was released on a notice to appear with a court date of May 30 in Algonquin.
