Lake in the Hills Police Blotter

7:51 a.m. April 16, 2012: Police arrested Ashley M. Pakarek, 21, of 1422 Washington Street in Lake in the Hills, in the 1400 block of Washington Street for driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a breath alcohol content greater than .08, failure to notify of damage to property, improper lane usage and driving with no insurance. She was later released on bond. 

12:31 p.m. April 16, 2012: Police received a criminal damage to vehicle report in the 400 block of Annandale Drive regarding a vehicle that had its tires cut. The report was under investigation by the reporting officer. 

9:16 a.m. April 15, 2012: Police arrested Timothy J. Krohne, 42, of Huntley for driving while license revoked and no valid insurance. He was arrested at Nottingham Drive and Covington Lane in Lake in the Hills. He was later released on bond. 

10:27 a.m. April 15, 2012: Police arrested a 12-year-old Lake in the Hills boy for domestic battery in the 2300 block of Claremont Lane. He was petitioned to a peer jury. He was released to a parent. 

9:26 a.m. April 15, 2012: Police received a report in the 4100 block of Greenfield Lane in Lake in the Hills regarding a house that had been "egged" and a trampoline that had been damaged. 

6:55 p.m. April 15, 2012: Police received a report regarding an iPod that was taken from a backpack at the Sunset Skate Park, 9200 Haligus Road.

3:04 p.m. April 13, 2012: Police arrested Perla J. Sanchez, 35, of Elgin, for driving while license suspended, expired registration, expired registration sticker and suspended registration. She was taken into custody at Sherman Road and Bunker Hill Drive.  She was released on a Personal Recognizance Bond is next expected in court on May 16 in McHenry County.

11:46 p.m. April 13, 2012: Police arrested Rigoberto Lucero-Garcia, 26, of 4502 Ripon Road in Crystal Lake, on a warrant out of Cook County for possession of a fraudulent identification card. He was taken into custody at 1591 S. Randall Road in Algonquin. He was transported to McHenry County Jail and was unable to post bond.

12:03 a.m. April 14, 2012: Police arrested Timothy H. Schreier, 35, of 1225 Old Mill Lane in Algonquin, was arrested at his home for domestic battery and interfering with the reporting of a domestic battery. He was taken to McHenry County Jail to a await a bond hearing.

3 a.m. April 14, 2012: Jason R. Kawell, 36, of Harvard, was charged with driving under the influence, driving under the influence over, speeding and improper lane use. He was taken into custody at Route 62 and Lake Cook Road. He was released after posting $300 and is expected in court on May 16 in McHenry County. 

6:26 p.m. April 14, 2012: Police arrested Curtis Ward, 39, of 13 Sunrise Lane in Algonquin, for aggravated assault and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken into custody at 13 Sunrise Lane and released after posting $150. He is next expected in court on May 16 in McHenry County. 

1:30 a.m. April 15, 2012: Police arrested Nathalia C. Cook, 22, of 14084 Red Hills Road in Huntley, was arrested on warrant out of McHenry County for criminal trespassing to a residence. She was taken into custody at 1700 S. Randall Road. She was released after posting $150 and is next expected in court on April 20 in McHenry County. 

1:02 p.m. April 15, 2012: Police arrested James W. Chonko, 22, of 106 S. Main St. in Algonquin, for criminal damage to property at 106 S. Main Street in Algonquin. He was released after posting $150 in bond. He is next expected in court in McHenry County on May 23.
