Algonquin Blotter: LITH Man Arrested on Drug, Alcohol Charges at Walgreens; Retail Theft Arrests

Jan. 14

2:20 p.m.: Algonquin Police arrested Jacob M. Perrill, 20, at Becky Lane Road and Randall Road in Algonquin for driving while license suspended and disobeying a traffic control device. Perrill, of 1525 Bridgedale Court in Crystal Lake, was released after posting $150 and is next expected in court on Jan. 30 in McHenry County.

Jan. 15

4:12 p.m.: Algonquin Police arrested Iwona Lohn, 40, at Walmart, 1410 S. Randall Road in Algonquin, for retail theft. Lohn, of 250 Lake Drive South in Algonquin, was released after posting $150 and is next expected in court on Feb. 20 in McHenry County. 

4:24 p.m.: Algonquin Police arrested a 14-year-old Algonquin boy at Kohl's, 734 S. Randall Road in Algonquin, for retail theft. The boy was released on a notice to appear and is next expected in court on Feb. 27 in Algonquin.

Jan. 18

11:55 a.m.: Algonquin Police arrested Ian C. Finckle, 19, at Algonquin and Pyott roads in Algonquin for possession of drug paraphernalia and using a wireless device in a construction zone. Finckle, of 440 Annandale Drive in Lake in the Hills, was released on a notice to appear and is next expected in court in Algonquin for the possession charge and in court in McHenry County on Feb. 26. 

Jan. 20

12:20 a.m.: Algonquin Police arrested Justin J. Cassidy, 23, at 2 N. Main St. in Algonquin for theft of services. Cassidy of Kirkland was released after posting $150 and is next expected in court on Feb. 27 in McHenry County. 

2:43 p.m.: Algonquin Police arrested a 14-year-old Crystal Lake girl at 734 S. Randall Road for retail theft. She has been referred to a peer jury. 

Jan. 21

3:58 a.m.: Algonquin Police arrested Alejandro O. Prudenciano, 31, of 1295 Merrimack Drive in Crystal Lake for no valid driver's license, no proof of insurance and improper lane use. 

8:33 a.m.: Algonquin Police arrested Michael A. Aguirre, 26, at 701 Evergreen Drive in Algonquin on a warrant out of McHenry County for failure to appear on a driving while license revoked charge. He was taken to McHenry County Jail when he was unable to post bond. 

7:27 p.m.: Algonquin Police arrested Brenda R. Affinati, 46, at Sandbloom Road and Route 62 in Algonquin for driving under the influence, improper lane use and failure to reduce speed. Affinati of Barrington Hills was released after posting her Illinois Driver's License and $100 and is next expected in court on Feb. 27 in McHenry County. 

Jan. 23

9:33 p.m.: Algonquin Police arrested Cody R. Tyler, 20, at Walgreens, 4001 W. Algonquin Road, for possession of marijuana, possession of alcohol by a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia. Tyler, of 6 Crossview Court in Lake in the Hills, was transported to McHenry County Jail when he was unable to post bond. 

Jan. 24

6:30 p.m.: Algonquin Police arrested David C. Brox, 36, at Kohl's, 734 S. Randall Road, for retail theft. He was released after posting $250 and is next expected in court on Feb. 27 in McHenry County.
