$2 Million Bond Set for Man Accused of Throwing Molotov Cocktail in Caputo's
Fabian J. Torres, 24, of Sleepy Hollow, has been charged with aggravated arson.

Bond was set at $2 million for a 24-year-old Sleepy Hollow man accused of throwing a Molotov cocktail in the deli section of the Algonquin Caputo's grocery store Sunday.
Fabian J. Torres, who police say is an ex-employee of the grocery store, has been charged with aggravated arson after allegedly throwing an incendiary device made from a bottle filled with flammable liquid, injuring one man.

A preliminary hearing is set for Friday morning.
A Crystal Lake resident who was shopping there at the time chased Torres out of the store and detained him until Algonquin police arrived.

Torres is being held in the McHenry County Jail. He has not posted bail as of 8:45 a.m. Monday.
