Sara Sorich, 22, of Algonquin, passed away Aug. 16, 2013.
Sara was born May 17, 1991, in Evanston, to Teresa O'Hara and George Sorich.
She is survived by her daughter, Zoey Sorich; mother, Teresa O'Hara and father George Sorich; brothers, Shane and Matthew Sorich; sister, Molly Sorich; grandparents, Marion O'Hara, Frank and Helena Sorich; and loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Richard O'Hara.
Visitation is from 2 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 21, at Willow Funeral Home and Cremation Care, 1415 W. Algonquin, Algonquin.
A Funeral Mass for Sara has been planned for 10 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 22, at St. Margaret Mary Church, 111 S. Hubbard St., Algonquin.
Interment is at St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine.
