OMG! Fitness Concert!

Natalie Block, a certified fitness professional, and Player’s Choice Academy will hosting the

Saturday, April 6th from 7pm – 9pm.   (Doors will open at 6:30)

Players Choice Academy 9210 Trinity Drive, LITH, IL

A variety of fitness workouts will be introduced.    

Zumba Fitness, Core, Turbo Kick and and a bit of Insanity!

Beach Body and Shaun T. have just began certifying instructors to teach the number one home based fitness program in the world, Insanity.  Natalie is now one of only 75 instructors in the country  licensed to teach insanity.  She will be debuting it at this event, along with a mash-up of other fun, energetic workouts like Zumba and Turbo Kick.  There will also be a segment on core strengthening and flexibility.

Vendors! Multiple Instructors! Raffles!  Prizes!

...and Kids’ play FREE! Players Choice will be opening up the batting cages and courts for the young ones to use while mom and dad are working up a sweat!

Vendors include Mary Kay, Cosmetics, Heart and Soul Health Coaching, 31, Red Hot Jewelry, more vendors to be announced later.

My goal as a fitness professional is to get people up and moving.  We all need to do our part to help the obesity epidemic in
this country.  This event will showcase different styles and formats of
exercise and will educate you on the importance of getting fit.  We will
even have a nutrition coach there to talk with.  Everyone needs to start
somewhere and everyone is welcomed to attend! Come check it out this Fun and Exciting event.
