So, get the kids dressed in their costumes, and bring them out to Safety Town, located next to the LITH Police Department at 1109 Crystal Lake Rd. Children go trick-or-treating throughout the miniature town filled with pretend small businesses and other buildings.

Volunteers dressed in fun - not scary!- costumes will hand out candy from each of the small buildings. Safety Town is a fenced area, which allows for the little ones to wander from building to building safely.
