Westfield PTO-Jacobs Interact Community Book Drive

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE



Algonquin Schools Collect Books for Classrooms
and Students Who Need Them



       The Westfield Community School PTO,
together with the Jacobs High School Rotary Interact Club, is collecting gently
used books to distribute to D300 classrooms in need. Teachers receiving donated
books will make them available for in-school silent reading or give them to
students with too few books to read at home. Please drop off children’s and
young adult books in the front offices at Westfield, 2100 Sleepy Hollow Road,
or Jacobs, 2601 Bunker Hill Drive, through March 14, 2014.   Donations
of educational aids, such as flashcards, also are welcome.
