Pedal for P.A.D.S - Ride for the Homeless

The 6th annual Pedal for P.A.D.S. is now recruiting bicycle
riders of all ages and abilities for its September 22nd event 9am-2pm
at Larsen Park, Lake in the Hills, to help raise money for homeless services
through Pioneer Center’s McHenry County P.A.D.S. (Public Action to Deliver
Shelter). Participants will choose a distance from five to 50 miles of the
McHenry County Prairie Trial to ride or walk.

After the ride participants may enjoy special musical guest No Left
Turn!, a kid's bike parade, raffles and lunch.

The cost is $10 per person, $30 per family, or $40 for a team of 6 riders
or less. All participants are encouraged to collect additional pledges, and a
grand prize will be awarded to the individual that raises the most money.
