Light of Christ Services

Light of Christ:  On The weekend of December 7 and 8th, The Rev. Kendall Koenig and the Rev. Sharon Rogers continue the sermon series "On Earth As It Is In Heaven".  The title of this weekend sermon "Justice" with the Bible passage from Isaiah 11: 1-10 and Matthew 3:1-12.  Come and worship at Light of Christ, 100 Hanson Rd., Algonquin with blended worship services on Saturday at 5:00 p.m. and Sundays at 9:00 a.m. and a contemporary service at 10:30 a.m.  Everyone is welcome to attend Pastor's Bible class which meets on Wednesdays starting at 9:00 a.m.

Please bring your unwrapped Angel Tree gifts this weekend.  This weekend is also "Food Focus"; items that are needed are boxed pasta, sauces, macaroni and cheese and canned tuna and chicken.

The children's Christmas Musical "Christmas Hang-ups" will be at the 5:00 p.m. Saturday Service on December 7th and on Sunday, December 8th at 4:00 p.m.

MOPS will be meeting on Thursday, December 12th from 9:30 till 11:30 a.m. with Pastor Sharon as a guest speaker.  There will also be an ornament exchange and Christmas festivities.
